BS20K is a high-power cutting head with a power level of 20KW. It can be controlled by non-bus or ECAT bus. The product is equipped with a variety of fiber optic interfaces such as OBH, OD, Q+, LOE, etc., and can be adapted to various mainstream lasers. It has built-in various intelligent sensors, and can read monitoring data in real time on mobile terminals and CNC systems through wireless networks.
Note: This BS12K has a non-bus version, which is different in appearance from the BS20K-CAT version.
1. Excellent design
Lightweight design improves the acceleration of the machine tool; eliminates the traditional air cooling of the nozzle (no air compressor is required), and uses smooth and high-speed airflow design, lens optical shaping and excellent nozzle water cooling structure to significantly improve the stability, surface quality and efficiency in the process of cutting steel plates.
2. Flexible control mode
Supports analog control focusing unit or EtherCAT bus communication and bus control focusing unit. Users can achieve continuous and rapid focus position adjustment through program settings.

Built-in sensors can provide real-time feedback on parameters during processing such as the temperature of the internal protective lens of the cutting head, the temperature of the focusing lens, the temperature and humidity of the cavity, the air pressure in the cavity, and the air pressure of the cutting gas.
