ELECTRIC FIBER LASER CUTTING HEAD

A300E has a built-in servo motor and an external drive unit. It drives the collimator to automatically change position within a range of around 22mm through a linear mechanism. Users can set continuous focusing through a program to complete quick perforation of thick plates and automatic cutting of plates of different thicknesses and materials. This product is equipped with a D30 composite lens unit for beam integration and a QBH interface to connect with a fiber laser. The optimized design of optics and

water cooling allows the laser head to operate continuously and stably for a long time at medium to high power.
 

1, Product Features

(1)Optimized optical configuration. Smooth, efficient airflow design;

(2)Automatic focusing range is +10~-12mm, adjustment accuracy is 0.05mm;

(3)Equipped with D30 composite lenses, the highest fiber input power can carry 3.3KW;

(4) The maximum acceleration of the focus lens drive is 10m/s2, and the maximum speed is 6m/min;

(5) Using a drawer type lens holder, making lens replacement quick and simple;

(6)Using composite lenses for collimation and focusing to achieve optimal optical quality and cutting effect;

(7) Equipped with QBH interface to adapt with various fiber lasers.

2, Structure and Functions

As shown in Figure 1, the laser head is composed of five basic units:Collimator water cooling module, collimating and centering    module, focusing driver module, protective lens module and nozzle module.

(1) Collimator water-cooling module: Complete the cooling function for collimation module. Perform water cooling on the  collimation   and centering module;

(2)Collimating and centering module: Complete the fiber optic collimation function.

(3)Collimate the incident laser into a parallel beam and have a centering function;

(4)Focusing driver module: Focusing the collimated beam into a high-power density converging beam, and automatically adjusting     the focus position through a driving device;

(5)Protective lens module: The protective glass can protect the focusing lens from damage by returning slag to extending the   service life of the focusing lens;

(6)Nozzle module: guide the convergent beam to the processing workpiece, and generate high speed air jet to kerf for high-quality   cutting.
